Section 54
Committee or sub-committee may be constituted
(1) Except where it is clearly stated in this Act that an agency or an officer shall do so, the board of directors may form other committees or sub-committees as necessary under the direction of the authority for specific purposes.
(2) The work, duties and rights of the committee or sub-committee formed in accordance with sub-section (1) and the meeting procedure shall be as determined by the board of directors.
